Please note these prints are unframed Size refers to the paper size and not the image size- the size is to the edge of the paper including the image and white boarder.
Finished with gold foil embellishment, a striking stag stepping out of the forest shadows into the sunbeams coming through the tree canopy. The original was painted in acrylic with foliage pressed onto the canvas for an authentic display of its habitat. There is an emphasis on the light that catches his stance capturing his majestic strength.
An array of different foliage, collected from Hampshire woodlands has been painted and pressed directly onto the original painting for an imperfectly true portrayal of natures plants and undergrowth. The semi abstract colours give a whimsical and intriguing portrayal of the stag and his natural habitat.
Embellished by hand with gold leaf that extends beyond the image onto the white boarder creating a contemporary feel.
There is also a care information card included of how to look after your artwork. Everything is packaged by myself to ensure the best care and attention is given.

Please note that limited edition prints require up to 4 working days as they are made to order. This allows time for printing, hand embellishing gold leaf as well as careful handling and packaging in preparation before shipment. This production time allows me to prepare and quality check the entire process and give a bespoke service.
