 A fleeting glimpse of a hare dashing through the forest floor. This piece is painted in acrylic and oil paint with foliage pressed straight onto the canvas for an authentic connection to nature. There is a heavy influence of beautiful autumnal colours.

The leaves, foliage and feathers have been carefully chosen and collected from local Hampshire woodlands.

The leaf printing gives an imperfectly true portrayal of natures plants and undergrowth and how they can integrate into the painting and subject.

Embellished by hand with metallic bronze ink as is the same on the original piece. 

There is also a care information card included of how to look after your artwork. Everything is packaged by myself to ensure the best care and attention is given.

Processing:

Please note that limited edition prints require up to 4 working days as they are made to order. This allows time for printing, hand embellishing gold leaf as well as careful handling and packaging in preparation before shipment. This production time allows me to prepare and quality check the entire process and give a bespoke service.
